How to Place a Custom Order
Call John at (208) 860-5433 for a brief discussion and to set up an appointment. For customers who live out of state, call John for a consultation over the phone about the desired design of your project.
Proofs can be faxed or emailed back and forth.
When you approve your design you can submit payment to John. Price does not include tax or shipping. Your custom order will be completed in one to two weeks depending on your order. Personalized orders may take slightly longer in order to obtain materials such as photos, accessories, etc. that you wish to be a part of your project.
Orders for local customers can be picked up. For orders out of local area, shipping will be required and is dependent on location and the size of your order.
